The chemical industry has firmly moved into the so-called \u201cdecade of action\u201d, in line with the United Nations\u2019 Sustainable Development Goal agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One way of securing a more sustainable future for companies and consumers is for the chemical industry to move away from a linear economy where resources and products are used and manufactured with little understanding or consideration of the full life cycle of impact, to a circular economy based on the four Rs of sustainability, reduce, reuse, recycle and repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
